Rızanın Konusu

Aşağıdaki aktarımlara açık rıza veriyorum:

Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapur), bulut altyapı sağlayıcısı: Hesap bilgilerimin (e-posta adresi, Apple/Google giriş kimliği), meslek beyanımın, erişim denetiminde kullanılan e-posta ve cihaz özetlerinin, uygulama içi kullanım kayıtlarımın ve eşitlediğim reçete kayıtlarının Fransa'daki (Paris) sunuculara aktarılması ve burada barındırılması.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., ABD), e-posta gönderim hizmeti: Giriş ve doğrulama e-postalarının gönderilmesi için e-posta adresimin işlenmesi.
Google (Gmail, ABD), e-posta hizmeti: Destek ve KVKK başvurularımın bu e-posta hizmetinde tutulması.

Muhtemel Riskler

Verilerin aktarıldığı ve hizmet sağlayıcıların bulunduğu ülkelerde (Fransa, Singapur, ABD), Türkiye'deki Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile eşdeğer düzeyde bir veri koruma mevzuatı veya yeterli koruma kararı bulunmayabilir.
İlgili ülkelerdeki yerel mevzuat farklılıkları nedeniyle, veri sahibi olarak haklarınızı kullanmanız ve hukuki başvuru yollarına erişiminiz Türkiye'ye kıyasla güçleşebilir.

Rızanın Geri Alınması

Açık rızamı, uygulama içinden hesabımı silerek veya [email protected] adresine e-posta göndererek dilediğim zaman geri alabilirim. Uygulamanın bulut senkronizasyonu ve hesap altyapısı teknik olarak bu sunucular üzerinden çalıştığından, rızanın geri alınması (hesabın silinmesi) durumunda bulut tabanlı hesap özellikleri kullanılamaz. Geri alma işlemi, bu tarihten önce gerçekleştirilen veri aktarımlarının hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.

Rızamı geri aldığımda hesabım ve hesabıma bağlı veriler silinir. Yalnız Aydınlatma Metni'nde süresi yazılı iki özet kayıt saklanır: meslek beyanı kaydı (10 yıl) ve varsa erişim engeli kaydı (3 yıl). Bu kayıtlar e-posta adresimin kendisini değil, özetini içerir ve yalnız hukuki savunma ile erişim denetimi için kullanılır.

Explicit Consent to Cross-Border Data Transfer

This document is separate from the Privacy Notice. It is presented for your approval before a new account is created, and on first launch for existing accounts.

Subject of Consent

I give my explicit consent to the following transfers:

Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), cloud infrastructure provider: the transfer to and hosting on servers in France (Paris) of my account details (email address, Apple/Google sign-in identifier), my professional declaration, the email and device digests used for access control, my in-app usage records and the prescription records I sync.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), email delivery service: the processing of my email address to send sign-in and verification emails.
Google (Gmail, USA), email service: the keeping of my support and data-protection requests in this email service.

Possible Risks

The countries to which the data is transferred and in which the providers are based (France, Singapore, USA) may not have an adequacy decision or data protection legislation equivalent to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in Türkiye.
Exercising your data subject rights and accessing legal remedies in those jurisdictions may be more difficult compared to Türkiye due to differences in local laws.

Withdrawal of Consent

I may withdraw my consent at any time by deleting my account within the app or by contacting [email protected]. Because the app's account infrastructure and cloud synchronization technically operate through these servers, cloud-based account features cannot be provided if consent is withdrawn (upon account deletion). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of transfers carried out prior to the withdrawal.

When I withdraw my consent, my account and account-linked data are deleted. Only two digest records whose periods are set out in the Privacy Notice are kept: the professional declaration record (10 years) and, if any, the access-block record (3 years). These records contain a digest of my email address, not the address itself, and are used only for legal defence and access control.
