Hesap ve Veri Silme
Uygulama içinden: Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil. İşlem geri alınamaz.
Web üzerinden: Hesabınızın e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talepler 3 iş günü içinde yanıtlanır.
Silinen veriler: hesabınız, e-posta adresiniz ve sunucuya yedeklenmiş klinik kayıtlarınız.
Saklanan veriler: yasal yükümlülük gereği tutulması gereken kayıtlar, e-posta özetiyle meslek beyanı kaydı (10 yıl), erişim engeli kaydı (3 yıl) ve kimliğe bağlı olmayan toplu kullanım istatistikleri.
Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırmak yalnızca yerel kopyaları siler. Sunucudaki kayıtlar için yukarıdaki iki yoldan birini kullanın.

Response target: requests are acknowledged within 3 business days. Data-protection (KVKK) requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
When emailing support, include your device model, OS version, app version, and steps to reproduce the issue.

Account & Data Deletion
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This cannot be undone.
On the web: email [email protected] from your account address with the subject "Account deletion request". Requests are answered within 3 business days.
Deleted: your account, email address and clinical records backed up to the server.
Retained: records required by law, the professional declaration record with an email digest (10 years), the access-block record (3 years) and aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.
Uninstalling the app only removes local copies. Use one of the two routes above for server-side records.
